Me the past few days.....

The Sturgis Motorcycle Rally is going on! I haven't been here good and proper for 25 years. I think I have come once in those years and it was with my ex-husband. I got my tattoo that year so it was pretty great all in all.

This year the Jack Daniel's tent is by far my favorite place to be. I've always been a Jack girl and always will be. The new blackberry Jack is amazing! Mixed with lemonade and it's the perfect summer afternoon drink. Here's a few pictures of my Jack stuff so far.

My Post Office out at Fort Meade has new little friends hanging around. I had 3 bats the other day! Today there are only 2. But look how cute they are!!!!

My sister invited me out with her and her friends one night so we went from one end of main to the other just enjoying the sights and all.

One of my favorite things to do is take pictures so of course I did a photography scavenger hunt and here's some of my pictures from that.

Painted Lady

2020 Sturgis Rally Shirt

Face Tattoos

Someone with No Shoes On

Someone I know (Josh from High School in 2000)

The rest of these are just random pictures from walking around, hanging at the bars, enjoying the night life during the Rally. Some of these people are crazy!

Resisted arrest....should have known better

The next best thing to do is sit on my brothers patio and watch the corner. This is one buys corner. My mom's house is right across the way and she has 2 picnic tables up too that we sit at and just watch the bikes go by.

Perfect seat

Apple Pie Moonshine

Cornhole

Tents in Mom's yard

Park in the yellow, you get towed

Savory S'mores night

Just looking UP!

Breakfast

Quick ride with my sisters fiancé

A Jeff sandwich

Along with all the excitement the past few days I also applied for a new job.

It's still working for the Post Office which will be pretty great. I just don't know what it is going to be doing. I'm not sure if I'm a clerk on the window in an office or working in the plant. I was told it was from 10-6 but is that 10am or 10pm? Not one single person has contacted me yet and I'm supposed to start on Saturday. Don't ever let anyone tell you that the Post Office is a great company to work for. It's always been a nightmare for me. Paychecks missing, leave time missing, having to pull everyone else's weight because I'm really great at my job. It's exhausting. If it wasn't such a good paying job there is no way I'd still be working here. Fingers crossed this job is what I need. If it's not I'm seriously thinking about packing up and going back to North Carolina. Why? Well, Chris said he would get us a place, big enough for all our stuff. He said he would pay for it all and I could just pay for groceries and house stuff. I miss my stuff. I miss my kids. I miss my man. I miss the ocean and the air. I miss just being there. I know, I've got my whole family here but surly they'd understand. I just need to catch the right break and make all the money so that way I feel better about everything. I need to move out of my sisters basement. I need my own stuff. I need my own life. Fingers Crossed this is a good job. The one I've been looking for.

So there it is, the past week has been pretty fun. I really enjoy having something to do every day. I'm not a fan of sitting in my room so this is what I do. Keep the party rolling.

~Till Next Time~
