250 year anniversary for the USPS!!!!
My favorite job I have had has been working for the post office. I love the customers and being able to get them their mail and packages without problems makes my heart happy. This weekend, July 26th, 2025, marks the 250th birthday of the United States Postal Service! They gave offices budgets to go out and get decorations and some cupcakes or donuts or something like that. Everyone should be making a big deal about it this Wednesday (July 23rd 2025). My tiny office, I would love to do some decorating and I think I just might. I have to buy my own stuff because Sturgis hasn't said anything to me about having money for this office but that's ok. And my sister might have enough left over that I can use some of theirs tomorrow too. I was able to help her decorate part of her stuff today!
