Life is at it again.

 Well, another pay day down in the books. The new job is great. I love what I do. I've even lost some weight which has been good for my mental health. But now....... They cut my hours, they aren't doing what they say they will do and my paycheck....it's missing. *sigh* I just don't know what to do. I put in leave to go to my brothers wedding and to Nevada with everyone. My guy is supposed to be here for those 2 weeks and go with me but low and behold, my leave has not been approved. I applied for my Kure Beach job back and I got an offer. I think I'm going to take it. Just move back. If he is going to be coming out here from the 3rd to the 17th then I might as well just drive back with him and accept that job and at least have the comfort of my own stuff, my own place, my job that I know and can get extra hours OR the possibility of being a regular. Me the past few days.....

The Sturgis Motorcycle Rally is going on! I haven't been here good and proper for 25 years. I think I have come once in those years and it was with my ex-husband. I got my tattoo that year so it was pretty great all in all. This year the Jack Daniel's tent is by far my favorite place to be. I've always been a Jack girl and always will be. The new blackberry Jack is amazing! Mixed with lemonade and it's the perfect summer afternoon drink. Here's a few pictures of my Jack stuff so far. My Post Office out at Fort Meade has new little friends hanging around. I had 3 bats the other day! Today there are only 2. But look how cute they are!!!! My sister invited me out with her and her friends one night so we went from one end of main to the other just enjoying the sights and all. Days of 76 Rodeo Qualifications

The one thing I miss so much about South Dakota is the country. The horses, the work, the everything!!! I miss the animals we had, I miss the hard work it was to take care of all those animals, I miss living in the country so far away from everything that nothing mattered. So when I heard that the rodeo was up in Deadwood, I had to check it out. The Days of 76 rodeo happens in Deadwood every year. This year was the 103rd anniversary and I learned something new. Every day during the week, in the mornings from 8am to 10am, they have qualifications for Slack, Steer Wrestling and Team Roping.  Well, on the days I went this is what they had anyways. It is FREE and I couldn't believe I hadn't gone more then those two days! I would have went every day had I known. Friday morning I took my dad with me.
